Delivery costs

We partnered with Global-E, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and ship your products to over 100 destinations worldwide. When you buy the products from Global-E, you will see that your payment method (via mastercard, visa, amex, paypal) is charged by Global-E and the purchase is subject to Global-E’s terms and conditions and privacy policy (which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place the order). Due to our partnership with Global-e, we are able to provide all of our shoppers with attractive shipping prices that are calculated during checkout.

 

My delivery hasn’t arrived

First of all, track your orders shipment in your 'order confirmation email', or login to your PUBLISHED BY account. If you need help, please contact us: customer-service@published-by.com 

I'd like to return, exchange or get a refund for my order

You have 14 days once you have received your item to lodge a return and request a refund with our team. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds take up to 14 working days to process into your bank account and are handled directly via the Global-E platform.
